4. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to addresses within South Africa. Delivery fees and estimated timeframes will be calculated at checkout.

While we make every effort to deliver your goods within the estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., courier delays). Batteries Unlimited is not liable for any delays caused by third-party delivery services.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Warranties

Returns: If you change your mind or receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition to qualify for a return.

Warranties: Batteries generally come with manufacturer warranties. The specific warranty period for your product will be stated on the product page or invoice. Warranties only cover manufacturing defects and do not cover misuse, overcharging, incorrect installation, or normal wear and tear.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method or EFT.
